Registration for the 2012 Summit can be completed in 5 Steps.
- Step 1 → Create an account. After you create an account you will receive an email with your password.
- Step 2 → Contact info – provide us with your full contact details
- Step 3 → Registration Code. You must have a registration code in order to complete your registration. If you do not have a code, email Nicoal Crawford or call at 212.629.1570
- Step 4 → Confirm your registration package. You will have the opportunity to add guests and/or other Summit activities.
- Step 5 → Provide payment (if applicable)
